Dear Clients, 


 Di Di Payne Artistry are adhering to the guidelines set forth by our Licensing agency TDLR, most of which were already common practice for our salon.   Due to additional requirements and to ensure the safety of all guests, eyelash extension application and any services over 4 hours will be on hold.  We will notify you as soon as we are safely able to resume these services. 


The steps we are taking to ensure the safety of our clients:

  • We are Barbicide COVID-19 and Sanitation Certified

  • We will fully sanitize our station and salon space between each client, 

  • Hand sanitizing stations will be set up around the salon for use

  • Our stations meet the 6 feet distance requirement 

  • Clients will be asked to wait outside in their cars until we are ready to begin your service

  • Only one client per stylist in the salon at a time, No walk-ins 

  • We will require everyone to fill out a medical questionnaire and COVID-19 Disclaimer prior to each service

  • Staff will be screened for symptoms at the start of each shift. Any stylist experiencing symptoms will not be allowed to work until they are symptom free for 72 hours


How we will work together to ensure the safety of us all: 


  • Everyone will be required to wear a mask once inside the building and gloves are optional but recommended.  Clients must provide their own mask, If you do not have one, one can be provided for you for a additional $5.00 added at checkout  

  • Temperature checks will be taken before your appointment, anyone with a temperature at or above 100F will be required to reschedule

  • Hand washing will be required at the start and end of your appointment

  • Please do not sit in any other stylist chair, dryer chair or lash bed unless you are being serviced. 

  • To prevent contamination, please limit your personal belongings to just your purse/wallet.  Designated cubicles will be reserved for clients.  We cannot accommodate additional bulky items such as backpacks or lunch bags or laptops. 

  • If you are sick or have been around anyone that has been sick please reschedule your appointment for the safety of our other guests, staff, and families.


The current salon policies will remain in full effect:

  • Credit cards must be on file at time of booking.

  • Late Policy:  To ensure we are staggering out our appointments as required, anyone who is late more than 10 minutes will be charged a 25% late fee and your appointment may be rescheduled. 

  • No Show:  Will be blocked from booking future appointments, card on file will be charged 100% of the service fee

  • Late Cancellation: Same Day 25% charge, Saturday 50% Charge, No Call No Show 100% of scheduled services

  • Deposits required at time of booking.  Failure to do so will result in cancellation.
