Preparing For Your Appointment

Please remove any twists, coils, braids or extensions prior to your hair appointment. Come with a clean face for all Makeup appointments. I reserve the right to apply a $20 upcharge to hair that is excessively tangled, matted, or braided. Please book a takedown service in advance if you know that you have not prepared yourself for the appointment.


SALON ETIQUETTE: CELL PHONES, GUESTS & CHILDREN

My workspace is reserved for myself and clients receiving services. Non-appointed guests will be politely asked to remain in the waiting (bench is located outside the suite). In consideration of other patrons, Children are not permitted in the salon, unless being serviced. I reserve the right to cancel, reschedule your appointment due to abuse of this policy.


CANCELLATIONS

If you must cancel, please do so at least 48 HOURS prior to avoid a cancellation fee:• Same-day cancellation fee: 25%• SATURDAY same-day cancellation fee: 50% of scheduled service• No-call/no-show: 100% charged according to service. No exceptions.

LATE ARRIVALS

Things happen, but if you arrive more than 10 minutes beyond your scheduled appointment time, I will do my best to accommodate you, but you will be charged a fee or asked to reschedule your appointment in consideration of other patrons and my time. You still will be charged a late fee of 25% of the service fee.
